Regardless of your personal level of fitness, it is especially important during these unusual times to establish a regular routine of physical activity. Physical activities can help you to manage the stress of daily life. Any form of physical activity practiced a few times a week, whether walking up and down a set of stairs, moving around inside the house or joining an online exercise class, are all excellent ways to take care for your physical health and well-being. Alternatively, a daily 20 to 30-minute stretching session can help to reduce tightness and stiffness in your joints and muscles. Join this session in collaboration with Athletics and Recreation, to learn how to relax, feel grounded, stretch and move our bodies that are now used to sitting, and breathing practices to de-stress for the week ahead.
